The relationship began with a deceptively simple question: How can AI help organizations put decades of institutional knowledge to work?
Answering it required more than connecting an existing large language model to a collection of content. When Georgia Tech researchers first visited Heritage Werks, they immediately recognized the opportunity. The combination of more than two decades of domain expertise, NetX technology, massive volumes of real-world content and enterprise use cases created what Georgia Tech described as a “perfect storm” for innovation.
A New Approach to Institutional Knowledge
The fundamental challenge was clear: general-purpose AI is extraordinarily powerful, but institutional knowledge demands something different.
