Keir founded Heritage Werks following global leadership roles at WPP agencies, where he led strategic initiatives in marketing, media, brand development and audience engagement. At NetX, Keir brings a vision that blends enterprise-grade software with content intelligence — positioning the company as a category-defining leader in the evolution of enterprise digital asset management.


Jason Wehling

Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Jason is the architect behind the NetX platform, recognized for building one of the industry's most robust and scalable DAM solutions. Today, he leads innovation at the intersection of AI, automation and user experience — guiding the company's technology roadmap and enterprise deployments.


Charlie Turano

Executive Director
Charlie brings deep experience in sports business and brand partnerships, having co-founded Genesco Sports Enterprises after starting his career with the Dallas Cowboys. At NetX, he leads the Sports Advisory practice, working with teams, leagues and rights holders to unlock the business value of legacy content, IP and storytelling.


Valerie Clark

Chief Financial Officer
Valerie brings over 30 years of financial leadership to NetX, with prior executive roles at Arthur Andersen, Baxter and Cardinal Health. She oversees finance, HR and operations — ensuring the company is positioned for sustainable growth, strong governance and operational excellence.


Penny Perrey

Vice President, Marketing
Penny leads global marketing at NetX, shaping brand strategy, positioning and market visibility. Formerly Chief Marketing Officer at IEG, a WPP company, Penny brings deep expertise in sponsorship, audience strategy and go-to-market execution for high-growth enterprise solutions.


Laurel Ghosh Roy

Vice President, Sales & Channel Development
Laurel leads enterprise sales and channel strategy at NetX. With a strong background in SaaS and digital content platforms, she previously held senior roles at Acquia and Widen, where she managed key global accounts. Laurel focuses on expanding NetX's market presence through direct sales and strategic partnerships.


Mike Morris

Senior Advisor
As former CTO of MLB, Mike helped lead the league’s digital transformation, overseeing critical infrastructure, content workflows and fan engagement platforms. At NetX, he provides strategic counsel on enterprise architecture, scalability and large-scale deployments.
