Support & Maintenance
The Support & Maintenance contract is an annual agreement priced at 20% of the total price (license and modules), and has automatic renewal unless otherwise indicated. It includes:
- Unlimited incident support
- All minor and major product upgrades
- Phone and email support via NetXposure Support Portal
- Response time within 8 business hours
- Full access to product knowledge base and related documentation

 

 


Upgrades
For customers who purchase Support & Maintenance, all product upgrades are free. In the event a customer elects not to purchase Support & Maintenance, and then wishes to upgrade their software, a price equivalent to 20% of the current retail price of the most recent version of the software will be applied. For customers who wish to upgrade an entire software product (i.e. Image Portal Lite to Image Portal SE) an equivalent to 75% of what has been paid for the original product license fee will be applied to the current price of the new product.

 


Customization
NetXposure’s Professional Services Team can develop custom workflows and/or additional functionality for Image Portal. Quotes for custom work are done on a fixed bid basis and are based on projected time and issue complexity. See SERVICES section for more details.

 


Installations
NetXposure provides an easy click-through installer for all Image Portal products. NetXposure also offers services for remotely installing your Image Portal software for a fee of $495. To utilize this service, you must provide remote access to the server on which the software will be installed. If a re-installation or reconfiguration is needed at a later date, additional fees will apply.

 

Training
NetXposure offers a free one-hour general user training session via conference call with every purchase of Image Portal. Additional two-hour general user training sessions via conference call can be purchased at $495 per session. These consists of Q & A sessions and best practices demonstrations. Administration-level training sessions via conference call can be purchased for $995 per two-hour session. Onsite half day Administration-level training can be purchased for $1,995 plus expenses.
