The NETXPOSURE Enterprise licensing model is unique in a few ways.  First, it is licensed for unlimited users. As opposed to a “per seat” basis, an unlimited user license encourages organization-wide adoption of the solution. Second, customers can choose from a variety of core license tiers based on asset limit (# of files), allowing for a relatively low risk financial commitment to get started. Core licenses can be upgraded at any time as system usage grows.

NetXposure also offers a variety of optional add on modules for Enterprise DAM customers.  These include Imaging Engine Modules with licensed third party technology for expanding the range of file format support, and Workflow Modules for expanding specific system functionality.  In addition, NetXposure’s Professional Services Team can develop and integrate Custom Modules to meet the specific functionality requirements of each customer.

Customers have the option of hosting NETXPOSURE Enterprise solutions on their own servers, or if they have limited IT support resources they can take advantage of NetXposure’s full service data center and leave the hosting to us.  Solutions can be licensed either way.

Finally, NetXposure offers a discount on the upfront license fee of all Enterprise DAM solutions to our customers in the Education and Non-Profit sectors.
