Temporary copies of original files can be altered to unique specifications of size, format, and color space, or processing can be preset to standard template requirements for simplification. While Image Portal A/V can store any file type, it has auto thumbnail generation and repurposing capability for the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PDF, PCX, PNG, PNM, PSD, TGA, and TIFF.

Advanced Searching

Precision searches are narrowed and sortable by specific file categories, metadata fields, files attributes, modification / creation date, and more. Text within PDF, Microsoft Office and other document formats are also searchable.

Smart Folders

Category systems for organizing assets are obsolete and rigid. That's why Image Portal A/V offers you a better way to navigate! Smart Folders fundamentally change the way you organize your repository because now an asset can literally be in two folders (or many) at once without duplicating or moving the underlying file.
